An advance payment of 20% of the stand rental value is required 6 months prior to the event, with the remaining 80% and exhibitor insurance due 2 months before the start of the exhibition. Charges for exposure services are also due 2 months in advance, and payment for technical, service, and restaurant services must be settled 14 days prior to the exhibition. Full payment is required for access to the stand. In case of cancellation, costs decrease the earlier it is done; for cancellations made less than 9 months before the event, 100% of the cost, including the base fee, is payable. VAT-registration Non-Swedish traders with no permanent establishment in Sweden are liable for VAT. Exhibitors that sell directly to the consumer/end-user must register for VAT with the Swedish Tax Authority in Stockholm.
