Vatten2025 Call for Presentation Proposals

We invite partners and exhibitors to contribute to a dynamic and insightful program at Vatten2025. Our open stage program features two platforms: the Water Stage and the Innovation Stage, offering a space for industry experts to share knowledge-enhancing presentations and case studies. We look forward to receiving your proposals!

Criteria for Proposal Acceptance

To increase the chances of your presentation being selected, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • You must be a participating exhibitor or represent an organization at Vatten2025.
  • Your presentation should align with at least one of the key focus areas:
    • Climate Adaptation
    • Digitalization
    • Cyber Security
    • Preparedness
    • Workforce Development
    • Investment Needs
    • PFAS
    • Maintenance Needs
    • Industrial Water Solutions

Content & Relevance

We welcome a variety of presentation styles, including inspirational talks, practical case studies, knowledge-sharing sessions, and showcases of new technology or innovations. We particularly encourage submissions featuring customer cases that can inspire our visitors.

To maximize impact, please avoid sales-driven presentations. Instead, we encourage companies to collaborate with a customer to present solutions and experiences relevant to the focus areas above.
